Thimon de Jong is a globally recognized behavioral expert who helps leaders and organisation to understand what people are going to do next and what that practically means for them today. He founded WHETSTON strategic foresight in 2014. It’s a think tank specializing in future human behavior and societal change, and the implications for leadership and business strategy. Thimon has been speaking and conducting leadership training for over 15 years around the globe. His clients include Morgan Stanley, Vodafone, Google, and L’Oreal. He also lectures at the social psychology department of Utrecht University.

Thimon’s true passion is speaking and getting interactive with audiences - small or large. He is endlessly curious and fascinated with the dynamics of human behaviour and determining where we will go next. He is on a constant quest to improve his keynotes and workshops to deliver his message in the most engaging way. For this he uses his work experience as a former (photo) journalist, editor-in-Chief of a youth magazine, people researcher and insights & strategy director.
